Draft (pencil icon): use this option for preliminary budget items that still need to be finalized.
Budgeted (clipboard icon): costs that have been confirmed. Any change should be done through a Budget Revision.
Waiting for Bids (clock icon): automatically generated status indicating that IFBs have been sent and waiting for responses/award.
Bought Out (trophy icon): automatically generated status indicating that the item has been awarded/contracted.
Hidden: this line item has been removed from the budget and doesn't count against project totals. If you accidentally hide a line item, or want to see hidden items, select "Hidden" from the drop-down menu at the top of the budget window.
